DELIVERY CHARGES
UK STANDARD DELIVERY

- Standard UK Delivery - £3.99
We use the following services for postage within the UK; Royal Mail, Hermes and UPS.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- Standard EU Delivery - £14.99
- Standard North America Delivery - £24.99
- Standard Rest of the World Delivery - £24.99
We use Parcel Force and Fedex for all international orders.
INSURANCE FOR ALL PURCHASES AND SHIPPING
A.Gold & Sons is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By default, we will insure your order, and it will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, we can easily file a claim with Route and you can either receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
ON-TIME DELIVERY
We guarantee on-time delivery of our products. We endeavor to deliver within the stated dispatch period given at checkout, this will vary depending on the type of order so please contact us if you have any concerns about the date given.
Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost. If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point.
If you should refuse delivery of goods or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
Delivery Time = payment issues + collecting goods (that's our part) + delivery (customs involved).
In spite of some of these unforeseeable circumstances, not under our control, we will always do our best, to help resolve these problems.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Please note: Orders sent to non-EU countries may incur local duties and taxes. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
According to our previous experiences, overseas customers usually are not obliged to pay any duties or taxes. However, your local customs authorities may apply import duties in individual cases. We can take no responsibility for such taxes, or for any goods seized by import authorities due to local regulations, such as organic matter or weaponry. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order.
ORDER CLAIMS - IMPORTANT
Here at A.Gold & Sons, we insure all orders when we dispatch them to the couriers . We do this by default to ensure that your order is protected from damages and parcels that get lost in delivery.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If items in your order arrive damaged, you need to email us at info@agoldandsons.com and report this to us. We will require proof to pass on to the claims department who handle our claims. We can file a claim on your behalf as soon as the parcel arrives, and you will need to do this within 30 days of the delivery date. We can process a refund for you, and will need you to post the items back to us.
LATE/LOST DELIVERIES
If your parcel is taking longer than the expected delivery date, and may have been lost in the post, we will file a claim on your behalf. You will need to wait 20 days for domestic (UK), 30 days for international shipments, before we can proceed to file a claim into this matter. Until the shipment is located, and/or the claim is upheld or denied, we will not be able to offer a refund to you. Once the claim is reviewed and shipment located, or claim upheld, we will be able to discuss the matter in regards to the refund for your purchase.
